Cancellation & Refund Policy

Apex Solar, a brand of Apex Web Services & Online Education Private Limited, collects a booking amount from customers for the purpose of marketing, lead generation, onboarding, and order processing related to solar power solutions.

The booking amount is non-refundable under all circumstances, except non-feasibility of installation due to site conditions, technical reasons, or any external factors.

Upon confirmation of the solar plant order by the customer, the booking amount shall be adjusted against the final cost of the solar plant. The remaining balance amount shall be paid directly by the customer to the respective EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company as per the EPC company’s terms and conditions.

Apex Solar acts solely as a marketing and facilitation platform and does not collect or hold the balance installation amount. All installation-related activities, timelines, warranties, subsidies, and services are governed by the respective EPC partner.

By making the booking payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
